Dangnabbit, I can't find this cover either. Given what's coming in a few issues, though, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that this was supposed to be “Snowdown” part 1 of 3. My friend Jason created “Attack of the Killer Snowmen” and he probably wanted to do a few covers with them.
